Learning and development
At Fáilte Ireland, we support all employees to reach their potential. Development needs are assessed against organisational and HR strategies, with tailored pathways delivered through our Performance Management process and Competency Framework. Our Learning and Development Plan 2024-2026 specifically aims to create pathways and set clear objectives and goals for employees.
