We understand that our staff are at different stages of their personal and professional journey and have incorporated this into our Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Policy. In 2025, we achieved the Ibec KeepWell Marka nationally recognised accreditation that reflects our strong commitment to workplace wellbeing.

Learning and development
At Fáilte Ireland, we support all employees to reach their potential. Development needs are assessed against organisational and HR strategies, with tailored pathways delivered through our Performance Management process and Competency Framework. Our L&D Plan 2024 – 2026 specifically aims to create pathways and set clear objectives and goals for employees. By ensuring all colleagues have a development plan, and that supports offered by the organisation are visible and meaningful, we encourage regular conversations and a culture of growth.

MyFI Learning is Fáilte Ireland’s internal Learning Management System and forms part of our ongoing commitment to continued professional development. It provides staff a centralised location for all their learning and development needs, with the ability to manage their own learning journey.
